FW Laser Anilox Cleaner 2000
A controlled and consistent approach to laser anilox cleaning. The FW Laser 2000 removes dried ink and coating from the anilox cells with precisely dosed laser energy — no chemicals, no blast media, no mechanical contact with the cell walls. See it working on real tooling at our UK facility in Castleford.
Bring your own anilox. Visitors are warmly invited to bring an anilox roll or sleeve of their own so we can clean it during the session and you can judge the result on your own tooling.

What you will see
Clean cells, unchanged geometry.
Laser cleaning only works if the energy is controlled. Too little and the cells stay blocked; too much and the cell walls suffer. The FW Laser 2000 is built around that balance, so ink release comes back to specification without shortening the life of the roll.
